I totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I have the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.
✨ 24+ hours' notice: No problem! We'll get you rescheduled.
✨ Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
✨ No-shows: Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
✨ Running late? Please let me know! If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid running behind for other clients.
